BigKina Withdrawal: Cash Out Your Winnings in Kina
Kisim moni bilong yu long BigKina (Tok Pisin, under review)
How to withdraw from BigKina to your own bank or CellMoni account: the WITHDRAW panel, name matching, bonus turnover, how long payouts take and why one can be held.
How a BigKina withdrawal works
Winnings at BigKina are paid in Kina to a bank or CellMoni account in your own name. You ask for the payout from the WITHDRAW panel in the app, it goes through a quick check, and the money is sent to your account, usually within minutes, any time of day. You can watch each step under TRANSACTIONS.
Three things decide how smooth it is: the account you add must carry the same name as your BigKina account, any bonus or deposit turnover must be finished, and the amount must be at or above the minimum the app shows for that account. This guide walks through all three, the timing, and the reasons a payout can be held.
Withdraw step by step
- Log in and tap WITHDRAW at the top of the lobby.
- Account. Pick the account to be paid to. The first time, tap + ADD BANK, choose BSP, Kina Bank or CellMoni, and enter the account number. The account name is your registered full name and cannot be changed here.
- Amount. Type the amount on the keypad or tap MAX for your whole cash balance. The minimum for that account shows beside it. Tap NEXT ›.
- Confirm. Check the account, the amount and your balance after, then confirm. If a deposit or bonus still has turnover to play, the request is refused here and the numbers show in a turnover card.
- Done. The done card shows the amount sent and a ticket number. Tap VIEW TRANSACTIONS to follow it, or DONE to go back to the lobby.
Each withdrawal is one ticket. If you want to send money to two different accounts, make two requests.
Adding your bank or CellMoni account
BigKina pays only to accounts in the member's own name. That is a safety rule, not red tape: if someone ever got hold of your password, they still could not send your money to themselves. So the full name you typed when you joined must be the name on the account you add. A middle name missing, a nickname, or a parent's account will stop the payout.
If the name on your bank account is spelled differently from the one you registered with, open CHAT before you withdraw and ask support to correct your registered name. They will verify you first, which is why you cannot change it in the app yourself.
You can add more than one account (for example BSP and CellMoni) and choose between them each time. Remove an old account from MENU › BANK ACCOUNTS.
Minimums and the amount you can take out
Each payout method has its own minimum, and the app shows it next to the account before you type an amount. If an account shows "For K… and above" in grey, your balance is under that method's minimum; choose another account or play on until you are over it. Limits can change, so trust what the screen says over anything you read elsewhere.
Tap MAX to withdraw your full cash balance. Bonus money that still needs turnover is not cash yet and stays in the app until the turnover is played.
Turnover: why a withdrawal can be refused
Every bonus, and some deposits made with a bonus attached, comes with turnover: a total amount you must bet before the money can leave. When you tap confirm with turnover still open, BigKina refuses the request and shows a card with the exact figures: how much you have played, how much is required, and how much is left. Play that amount on any game that counts, then withdraw again.
A free trial credit works the same way. Finish its turnover to collect the cash-out from it, or give the trial up to withdraw your own money at once; the app offers both choices on the card. Deposits made without choosing an offer carry no turnover, so if you plan to cash out soon, deposit plain. More on offers and turnover in the bonus guide.
How long does a BigKina withdrawal take?
Most payouts are sent within minutes of confirming, day or night. CellMoni arrives almost at once; BSP and Kina Bank transfers show in your account as soon as your bank posts them, which is normally minutes for mobile banking and can be longer overnight or on public holidays when banks batch transfers.
A payout that needs a manual look (a first withdrawal, an unusually large one, a name that does not match, or a day with heavy traffic) can take longer. You will see it as pending under TRANSACTIONS. You do not need to chase it unless it has been pending for several hours; then open CHAT with the ticket number.
Common reasons a payout is held
Name mismatch. The account name is not your registered name. Fix the registered name through CHAT, then try again.
Wrong account number. One digit off and the bank bounces it. Check the number on your bank card or app; remove and re-add the account.
Open turnover. The card tells you how much is left to play.
Open deposit ticket. A deposit still being checked can pause a payout. Wait for it to be credited or expire.
Account under review. Two accounts for one person, or a bonus used in a way its rules do not allow, puts an account on hold until support has looked at it. One account per person is the rule from the start.
Bank side. Your bank's app or a holiday can delay the credit even after BigKina has sent it. The ticket shows as paid; the money follows when the bank posts.
Tracking a withdrawal
Open MENU › TRANSACTIONS. Every withdrawal is listed with its date, amount, account and status: pending, paid or rejected, with a short reason when rejected. A rejected amount goes straight back to your balance, so nothing is lost; read the reason, fix it and request again.
Tips for faster payouts
- Add your bank or CellMoni account right after you join, before your first deposit, so the name check happens early.
- Keep deposits and withdrawals in the same name, from your own accounts.
- Deposit plain (no offer) when you plan to cash out the same day.
- Withdraw once with a bigger amount rather than many small tickets.
- Keep your phone number current so a reset code or a support message reaches you.
Withdrawal questions
What is the minimum withdrawal at BigKina?
It depends on the payout method and is shown next to each account in the WITHDRAW panel before you type an amount.
Can I withdraw to someone else's account?
No. Payouts only go to a bank or CellMoni account in the registered member's own name.
How long does it take?
Usually minutes, 24/7. Bank posting times, first withdrawals and manual checks can make it longer. Track it under TRANSACTIONS.
Why was my withdrawal refused?
Most often a bonus or deposit still has turnover to play; the card shows how much is left. Other reasons: name mismatch, wrong account number, or an open deposit ticket.
Is there a withdrawal fee?
BigKina does not charge one. Your bank or CellMoni may apply its normal fee for incoming transfers.
Can I cancel a withdrawal?
While it is still pending you can ask support on CHAT to cancel it, and the amount returns to your balance. Once it is paid it cannot be recalled.
